Burn Gummy Supplement Facts: The Full Panel
One gummy is the serving, and each bottle holds 30.
The panel prints zero calories, one gram of total carbohydrate, chromium 25 mcg at 71% Daily Value, berberine HCl 40 mg and cinnamon bark extract 28 mg. Berberine and cinnamon carry no Daily Value.
This page reproduces the panel, explains every line on it, and names the two things the panel does not tell you.
The Burn Gummy panel as printed
| Amount per serving | Amount | Percent Daily Value |
|---|---|---|
| Total Calories | 0 | — |
| Total Carbohydrate | 1 g | less than 1% |
| Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate) | 25 mcg | 71% |
| Berberine HCl | 40 mg | Not established |
| Cinnamon bark extract | 28 mg | Not established |
Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. A Daily Value has not been established for berberine HCl or for cinnamon bark extract, which is ordinary for a botanical and is not a criticism of this label.
What each Burn Gummy panel line actually means
Serving size: 1 gummy
The most important line on any gummy panel, because a two-gummy serving changes every figure below it. Here it is one, and the direction is one a day.
Servings per container: 30
So a bottle is a month at label dose. Two bottles is 60 days, which is exactly the length of the guarantee, and that arithmetic matters when choosing a bundle.
Total Calories: 0
Achievable because the sweetening is done with sugar alcohols and high-intensity sweeteners rather than sugar. It is a true statement about the gummy, not a statement about what the gummy does.
Total Carbohydrate: 1 g
Less than one percent of the Daily Value. Relevant if you count carbohydrate closely, and irrelevant to almost everyone else.
Chromium 25 mcg, 71 percent DV
The Daily Value is 35 mcg. The Adequate Intake for adults aged 19 to 50 is 35 mcg for men and 25 mcg for women, so this is a food-level amount rather than a supplemental one.
Berberine 40 mg and cinnamon 28 mg
Both printed individually, both with no Daily Value established. Printed individually is good practice. The sizes of the numbers are the issue, not their presence.
The Burn Gummy other-ingredients line
Printed in full: Maltitol, xylitol, water, pectin, rice flour, citric acid, acesulfame K, stevia leaf extract, sodium citrate, natural flavoring, coloring (FD&C Red 40).
Seven of those eleven items exist to make the chew work. Two are sweeteners on top of the two sugar alcohols. One is a colour. None of them is doing anything for your metabolism, and a label that hides this line is a label worth distrusting.
| Ingredient | Job | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Maltitol | Bulk sweetener | A sugar alcohol. Can cause bloating in people sensitive to them |
| Xylitol | Sweetener, texture | Also a sugar alcohol, and toxic to dogs |
| Water | Carrier | Ordinary and honest to list |
| Pectin | Gelling agent | Fruit fibre. The reason the vegetarian mark holds |
| Rice flour | Anti-stick and flow | Consistent with the gluten-free mark |
| Citric acid | Acidity and tartness | The sharp finish you taste |
| Acesulfame K | High-intensity sweetener | Synthetic. Sits oddly beside a natural formula badge |
| Stevia leaf extract | High-intensity sweetener | Plant derived |
| Sodium citrate | Buffer | Keeps the acidity stable on a shelf |
| Natural flavoring | Flavour | Undefined in any useful sense. The sales page says berry |
| FD&C Red 40 | Colour | A synthetic dye, and the panel line that contradicts the sales page |
Three things the Burn Gummy panel leaves out
Not published means not published. None of the three is estimated anywhere on this website.
The cinnamon species
Ceylon and cassia are different plants with different coumarin content. The panel says cinnamon bark extract and stops. NCCIH notes that cassia is the common type in North America and that unclear species is one reason cinnamon trials are hard to compare.
The extract ratio
An extract is concentrated, so 28 mg of extract is not 28 mg of powder. Without the ratio nobody can say what it is equivalent to, and this desk will not invent one.
The sugar alcohol grams
Total carbohydrate is printed at one gram. How much of that is maltitol and how much xylitol is not broken out, which matters to anyone who reacts to them.
What Burn Gummy gummies look like

Uniform, deep red, dome shaped
No sugar coating and no assorted colours, because the panel sweetens with sugar alcohols and high-intensity sweeteners rather than with sugar. If what arrives is sugar-dusted or multicoloured, it is not this product and the order desk wants to hear about it.
The colour comes from FD&C Red 40, not from berries. The flavour is described on the sales page as berry. Chew it rather than swallowing it whole.
They look like sweets, which is the single most important safety point on this page: keep the bottle closed and out of reach of children, and remember that xylitol is dangerous to dogs.
What a very good label would carry that Burn Gummy does not
It is easy to criticise a panel and harder to say what a better one would look like. So here is the yardstick this desk uses, applied to this bottle, with the rows it passes and the rows it fails both printed.
| What a very good label carries | Does this one | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Every active named individually | Yes | Three actives, three names, no blend to hide behind |
| An amount printed for every active | Yes | 25 mcg, 40 mg, 28 mg |
| Serving size and servings per container | Yes | One gummy, 30 per bottle |
| Calories and carbohydrate | Yes | 0 and 1 g |
| The botanical species named | No | Cinnamon bark extract, with no Ceylon or cassia stated |
| The extract ratio stated | No | So 28 mg of extract cannot be converted to a powder equivalent |
| The sugar alcohol grams broken out | No | Total carbohydrate only, which matters to anyone sensitive to them |
| A batch certificate published | No | A reference exists. The document is not published |
| A standardised marker compound | No | Nothing tells you how much berberine is actually berberine |
Four yes rows out of nine. That is above average for this shelf and a long way short of good, and both halves of that sentence belong on a distributor's page.
Why a distributor publishes its own scorecard. Because you would find these gaps yourself in ten minutes, and finding them yourself after buying is a worse experience than reading them here first. Nothing in the four failed rows makes the product unsafe. All four make it less checkable than it could be.
Reading a Burn Gummy panel from a picture, safely
Every panel on this website is reproduced from the manufacturer's artwork. Artwork can be revised between print runs, and a photograph on a web page is not a legal document. Three habits make that safe:
Read the bottle you received
The panel on the bottle in your hand is the one that governs. If it differs from the artwork on this page in any respect, the bottle wins and we want to hear about it.
Check the lot and the best-before
Both are printed on the base of the bottle where the bottle carries them. Ours is BUR-26/BU-7625. The batch page explains what to do if yours does not match.
Write to the desk if anything differs
[email protected] reaches the people who write these pages. A correction moves the review date forward and is published on the page itself.
Burn Gummy label questions
How many gummies are in a bottle of Burn Gummy?
Thirty. The panel prints servings per container as 30, and the serving size as one gummy, so a bottle is a 30-day supply.
How many calories are in one gummy?
Zero, as printed. Total carbohydrate is one gram per serving, which comes from the sugar alcohols in the base.
What does 71 percent Daily Value mean for chromium?
The Daily Value for chromium is 35 mcg for adults. Twenty-five micrograms is 71 percent of that, which is where the figure comes from.
Why do berberine and cinnamon show no Daily Value?
Because none has been established for either. That is what the panel's second footnote means, and it is the ordinary situation for a botanical.
Are the sugar alcohol grams published?
No. Total carbohydrate is printed at one gram, but the maltitol and xylitol amounts are not broken out. This desk will not estimate them.
How this Burn Gummy label page is written
This desk publishes what the printed panel says and marks the gaps. The four claims below are the ones a sceptical reader can audit, which is the only reason to make them:
- The panel is the source. Figures come from the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle, not from the manufacturer's sales page. Where the two disagree, the panel is published and the disagreement is named on the page.
- Not published stays not published. Nothing undisclosed is estimated here.
- Sources are real and linked in the sentence. Every study cited was confirmed against its PubMed record first, and each appears beside the amount it used.
- Corrections change the date. Write to [email protected] and the review date moves forward.
We earn when you buy. Burngummydaily is the licensed retail desk for this product and this website makes money on orders placed through it. That is exactly why the dose table and the three-star reviews are on the site: they are where our interest and yours pull apart, and you should be able to watch us choose.
